- Emphasis: Barbell Preacher Curls build long, full biceps. All variations of Preacher Curls are excellent for filling in the lower biceps. Secondary stress is on the brachialis and forearm flexor muscles.
- Starting Position: Take an underhand grip on a barbell with your hands set slightly wider on each side than the width of your shoulders. Bend your arms fully, then lean over the top of the preacher curl bench, wedging your armpits over the top edge of the bench and running your upper arms directly down the angled surface of the bench. Your forearms should be placed on the bench a little narrower than the width of your grip on the bar. Fully straighten your arms.
- Movement Performance: Use your bicep strength to slowly curl the barbell from the starting point to a position just at the base of your throat. Lower the weight slowly back to the starting position and repeat the movement.

- Yukon Fitness Equipment warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship outlined herein. Welded structure, pulleys, and bushings are guaranteed for the life of the registered owner and where noted NOT including light commercial and/or aerobic equipment which carry only limited warranties. After receiving a "return authorization number", the customer is responsible for shipping the defective equipment to "specified" via prepaid freight for replacement or repair. Upholstery, grips, and cables are also warranted for life. This warranty covers only failures due to defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage that occurs in shipment or failures due to misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, alteration or improper assembly of the product. This warranty does not cover the use or failure of equipment in commercial or institutional applications.
- Replacement or repair as provided for under this warranty is the sole remedy of the user and customer shall be responsible for paying freight charges. Yukon shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. At its sole discretion, Yukon International reserves the right to use or provide reconditioned parts and/or to request a return and repair existing defective or broken parts.
