All parts will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of GymCor.com Above warranty applies to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. Warranty is NULL and VOID if damage is caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, alterations to the product, abnormal conditions, acts of God, or lack of preventative maintenance described by the manufacturer. Broken parts or fairer from normal wear and tear is not covered. GymCor.com will recommend a qualified technician from our National Service Network. All parts must be shipped to GymCor.com and we reserve the right to repair or replace the parts. Parts will be sent to you via UPS Ground. (Next Day and Second Day Delivery Service is available at customers expense.)
USED EQUIPMENT All used equipment are serviced, cleaned, tested and guaranteed in working condition. Some equipment condition may vary and have some cosmetic flaws. Others may be nearly new. All used equipment are as is. No warranty.
