Switching between elliptical and stepper modes is quick and easy. When the adjustment knobs are attached to the rail caps, the Dual-Action Elite Programmable Elliptical/Stepper is in stepper mode. When the adjustment knobs are attached to the pedal sliders, the Dual-Action Elite Programmable Elliptical/Stepper is in elliptical mode. To change mode, just move the knobs on each slider. Intended for home use only, the Dual-Action Elite Programmable Elliptical/Stepper is compact and stylish with a small frame and dual-color housing. A programmable display includes pulse heart-rate monitoring, 12 pre-programmed workouts, and eight resistance levels.
