When the adjustment knobs are attached to the pedal sliders, the Dual-Action Elite Programmable Elliptical/Stepper is in elliptical mode. To change mode, just move the knobs on each slider. Intended for home use only, the Dual-Action Elite Programmable Elliptical/Stepper is compact and stylish with a small frame and dual-color housing. A programmable display includes pulse heart-rate monitoring, 12 pre-programmed workouts, and eight resistance levels. This machine comes with a free water bottle that fits right into the built-in holder.
