Not much to say here. This unit is solid and built to take a beating. This is the ultimate free weight training system. The cage provides a safe method of performing all of the barbell power exercises such as squats, rows, dead lifts and all pressing movements with the security of the adjustable spotter bars. The base Power rack can be purchased alone and includes both the chin up bar and also the dip bars at no additional cost. For a complete gym you can add the lat tower option that provides a high low pulley system for numerous cable exercises.
The base Power rack is built of 2 ½” tubing, solid adjustment height bar rods and catches. The multiple adjustment height holes are numbered for quick and easy adjustment changes. As opposed to other racks in the market this Power Rack comes standard with adjustable heavy duty dip bars and dual grip chin-up bar access. Build the Rack into a system by adding the optional high, low lat section. This lat section incorporates many of the same component features such as steel guide rods, nylon bushing sled operation and steel shrouded pulley transmission providing true one to one resistance.
