Shipping
Information you should know:
USPS (United Postal Service)
This method is
used for shipping to PO Boxes and APO addresses. After your
order ships, priority mail, it usually arrives within 1 week via
United Postal Service (USPS).
UPS (United Parcel Service)
This method is
used for shipping small to medium items up to 150lbs.
After your
order ships, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days for you to
receive your product via United Parcel Service (UPS).
FedEx
This method is
used for shipping smaller items which require special
circumstances. After your order ships, it usually takes 2 to 5
business days for you to receive your order via Federal Express
(Fed Ex.).
Common
Carrier
This method is used for large and heavy items. After your order
ships, it usually takes 1 to 4 weeks for your product to arrive
in your local area. At that time, you will be contacted by the
carrier to set up a date and time for delivery.
Also, orders delivered with common carriers
may take 1 to 4 weeks for the order's
tracking information to be available online.
PLEASE NOTE: You
must be present to accept the delivery. If for any reason there
seems to be damages, you MUST accept the order, note any damages
before signing, and contact us immediately. Common Carriers
do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Common Carrier
deliveries are “curbside” delivery only, meaning the truck drops
your item off at the curb. Should a lift-gate be required, there
will be additional charges. For larger items (over 300 lbs)
lift-gate service is required. You will be responsible for
moving the equipment into your home or business. If you request
inside delivery there will be an additional charge.
