The Monark 915E Home Ergometer is stabilized by a heavy, well balanced, 40lb. flywheel and a powder painted frame made with square tubing that can be calibrated with a 2kg. weight. Adjustable seat and handlebar height and handwheel for adjustment of brake power make the Monark 915E Home Ergometer customizeable to your size and training position preferences.
