The meter shows an average output from a 10 second interval, which allows the athlete to receive immediate feedback on capacity.
With instrumentation specifically designed for interval training and efficiently designed, self-regulating basket weight braking system allow the athelete to focus energy on optimizing results, not tweaking buttons or handles. This breaking system needs no calibration. When the basket is in the air and the weights are correct, the brake force is set. Improvements in the weight basket mechanics increase the safety of break release action. With this specially designed breaking system, it is possible for the cyclist to release and restore the basket during exercise.
