We at GymCor.com stand behind all of the products that we sell. We’ll do everything possible to be certain you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a refund for the merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date, provided all the terms defined in directions for returns are complied with.
 

Shipping and Delivery Policy Information you should know about before you fill out Request Forms:

 GymCor.com offers four ways to ship:

1)      USPS

This method is used for shipping to PO Boxes (some APO addresses, call 800-482-4553 for details) After your order ships, priority mail, it usually arrives within 1-2 week via United Postal Service (USPO).

 2)      UPS

This method is used for shipping small to medium items up to 150lbs. After your order ships, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days for you to receive your product via United Parcel Service (UPS).
 
3)   FedEx

This method is used for shipping smaller items which require special circumstances. After your order ships, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days for you to receive your order via Federal Express (Fed Ex.).
 
4)   Common Carrier
This method is used for large and heavy items and is “curbside delivery only", .  After your order ships, it usually takes 1 to 4 weeks for your product to arrive in your local area. At that time, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a date and time for delivery. (Please note a 4 hour window is needed)

Common Carrier deliveries are “curbside delivery only", meaning the truck drops your item off at the curb. For larger items (over 300 lbs) lift-gate service is required and additional charges may apply. You will be responsible for moving the equipment into your home or business. There will be an additional $100.00 charge for Limited Access Delivery (Call 800-482-4553 for clarification)

Inside Delivery  is available for an additional charge and must be requested at the time of placing the order. Should you have any special circumstance such as STAIRS  you must note this when checking out or by calling 1-800-482-4553. This will insure proper delivery. The movers may refuse inside delivery if it is not accessible and will place your product in your garage or any accessible room. (if special circumstances are not noted, additional delivery charges may apply)

PLEASE NOTE: You must be present to accept the delivery. If for any reason there seems to be damages, you MUST accept the order, note any damages before signing, and contact us immediately. (Common Carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday).

Customers will be charged for a return delivery fee if no one is available. If Delivery Company is unable to reach you to arrange delivery; you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the freight company will result in expensive delays, which we will not be responsible for. Advise any members of your family, or persons in your household that it¹s imperative you receive any messages from freight companies.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, DAMAGED and Remanufactured Equipment
GymCor.com. ships all used and remanufactured fitness equipment in working order and is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping. Normal shipping time is between 1 to 3 weeks. Ship date depends on status of refurbishment at time order is placed and can take up to 3 weeks. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks to receive equipment. You will receive a tracking number along with freight company website to check the status on your delivery. Any cancellation attempts  after the order has been processed or refusal of a product for any reasons including damage is subject to a 25% cancellation fee and all shipping charges from and to the company even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.  IF ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS. THIS WILL ALLOW US THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP YOU REPAIR/REPLACE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AT YOUR LOCATION AND TO AVOID YOUR RETURN FEES. GymCor.com will do everything possible to assist you. If the product is returned to us, it must be in the same condition received along with packing material. If it is not in the same condition, you may be charged for additional services to restore it to original condition.




Returns

The item(s) Returns must be  returned in 'new' or 'like new' condition in its original packaging and must be in GymCor's possession within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. You pay delivery and return shipping costs (we can schedule pickup at your request). Note that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport.

We will refund shipping charges if product is shipped to you as result of our error.
 
*No returns on special orders, commercial equipment, used and remanufactured equipment, gift certificates, parts, gym flooring, mats, weights, gloves, belts, dumbbells, plates, books, posters, software and videos.

For your protection, please use Insured Parcel Post, UPS or Federal Express for returning shipment. It is recommended that you use a shipping carrier that requires a signature for proof of delivery. There will be a 25% restocking fee for products that are returned without an RMA# and GymCor.com reserves the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce the credit to you if the product is returned in damaged condition, or if all contents of the product are not returned. Without a RMA number, we cannot process a credit.

Order Processing and Cancellation

Most orders will be processed for fulfillment within 48 hours and delivered within two weeks. You will receive an e-mail receipt of your order within 24 hrs. Please note that in some cases orders may take longer to process and deliver depending on item availability and when the order is placed. If you request cancellation of an order we will make every attempt to stop the processing or the delivery before it ships. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges from and to the company even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.  

Orders for custom made products, such as new commercial gym equipment, flooring, parts, weights, used and remanufactured products that are made to order cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed even if the products has been shipped or not.  All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS and for any shipping expenses. All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Special and custom made orders may have an extended delivery time.

Remanufactured Equipment

Missing Parts

What do I do if my order is missing parts?

Some orders containing multiple products may ship in more than one box. If your product is missing parts when you open the box, please contact us immediately by filling out our request form and we will make the appropriate arrangements to send you the parts you need.

Damaged or Defective

What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defective?

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by filling out our request form. Once we have processed your request (generally within 24 hours), GymCor.com will contact you.

Warranty

Every item in our store comes with the original Manufacturer's Warranty - this information is clearly posted next to the item on the product page.
 

Used & Remanufactured Warranty

All products are warranted from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted on invoice. All parts will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of GymCor.com Above warranty applies to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. Warranty is NULL and VOID if damage is caused by freight damage, negligence, misuse, electrical issues, accidents, alterations to the product, abnormal conditions, acts of God, or lack of preventative maintenance described by the manufacturer. Broken parts from normal wear and tear is not covered. Labor work and warranty must be verified and approved by GymCor.com first. GymCor.com will recommend a qualified technician from our National Service Network. All parts must be shipped to GymCor.com and we reserve the right to repair or replace the parts. Labor charge may apply if electronics repairs are needed. Parts will be sent to you via UPS Ground. (Next Day and Second Day Delivery Service is available at customers expense.)

Home Warranty:
- One Year parts
- One Year labor
- Lifetime Technical Support

Commercial Warranty:
- Three months parts only
- Lifetime Technical Support

All used equipment are serviced, cleaned, tested and guaranteed in working condition. Some equipment condition may vary and have some cosmetic flaws. Others may be nearly new. All used equipment is "as is". No warranty.

Pricing and Typographical Errors.

GymCor.com is not liable for typographical or pricing errors.
If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will put your order on hold and contact you to obtain authorization for additional charges. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and contact you to obtain your authorization for the additional charge, or assist you with return of the product.
