Before and after any WristRipper™ exercise, you should thoroughly stretch your hands, wrists and forearms.
Slide the desired amount of weight onto the specially designed loading pin and clip the snap hook securely onto the pin. It is recommended that you do not exceed 10 lbs.
and that you do these exercises two to three times per week with a day or two off in between workouts to allow your muscles to fully recover and to avoid overuse injuries.
